Is my donation tax-exempt?
Yes. Run For Life is a Govt. Registered NGO (Reg. S0050956). All donations qualify for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. You'll receive a digital 80G receipt within 7 days of your donation.
Can I choose which dog or area to sponsor?
Absolutely. After your first payment, our team will share a few options based on need. You can name your dog or pick the locality you'd like to support. Many of our sponsors choose areas near their hometown.
How do I receive monthly reports?
Reports come via WhatsApp + email on the 1st of every month. You'll get photos, videos, a feeding summary, and any medical updates. Area sponsors receive video walkthroughs of their locality.
Can I cancel my sponsorship anytime?
Yes, anytime. No questions asked. Just message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll stop the recurring payment immediately. You can also pause and resume whenever you want.
Can I visit the NGO and meet the dogs?
Yes! Sponsors are always welcome in Alipurduar. We organize feeding-round visits where you can join volunteers on their daily rounds. Just give us 7 days' notice.
What payment methods do you accept?
Razorpay handles all our payments — UPI, credit/debit cards, NetBanking, wallets. For direct UPI, scan the QR code on this page or send to runforlife@upi. We also accept international donations via Stripe.
Can my company partner for CSR?
We work with corporates for CSR programs, bulk sponsorships, and employee giving. Reach out via the Contact page or directly at hello@runforlife.ngo with "CSR" in the subject.
