Is my donation tax-exempt?
Yes. Run For Life is a Govt. Registered NGO (Reg. S0050956). All donations qualify for tax exemption under Section 80G. You'll receive a digital 80G receipt within 7 days.
What payment methods are accepted?
Razorpay handles all payments — UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking from all major Indian banks, and digital wallets. International donations also accepted.
How do I receive monthly updates?
Monthly sponsors get photo + feeding report on the 1st of every month via WhatsApp and email. Area sponsors receive video walkthroughs of their locality.
Can I cancel my monthly sponsorship?
Yes, anytime. No questions asked. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll stop the recurring payment immediately. Pause and resume anytime.
Is my donation secure?
100% secure. Razorpay is RBI-regulated and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant — same security standards as banks. We never see or store your card details.
